Weight4Wellness is a monthly group session led by our Health & Wellbeing Coach and Public Health Nutritionist, Darshana — created for anyone looking to manage their weight in a healthy, realistic way.

Together, we’ll explore how food, movement, and mindset work hand in hand — with practical advice and ongoing support to help you feel your best, inside and out.

This is not about crash diets or pressure. It’s about finding balance, staying consistent, and building habits that last.

We have been working to better understand the wider issues faced by women, including social aspects and mental health aspects to enable early detection and support which are key to successful maternity care. Whether you're trying to conceive, are currently pregnant or have just had a baby - you'll find a group just for you.
