Susan's career spans over 30+ years as a lawyer, judge, businesswoman and coach. Susan's strength is in managing people to help them be the best that they can be in every area of their lives, not just their work! The F4HG Community is Susan's brainchild and a product of her strong belief that when we approach health with knowledge, compassion and community-focused activities, we can make lasting changes in the way we perceive ourselves and the people in our lives.

We have created our little urban escape in our community garden at Stratford Village Surgery (E15 4BZ). In this sustainable green space people can connect over their curiosity for gardening, engage in light physical activity and enjoy each other's company.
